Understanding Visit Data

To help you understand the Timesheet information available through Adhesion Connect for Jobber we've put together the following outline. Each data component includes the field type and a description below it to help you understand how to best use the information in your integrations and automations.

Visit

A Visit represents each time a Service Provider goes to a Client's Property to complete work.

Fields

all_day

Field Type: boolean (true/false)
Description: Indicates whether the Visit scheduled is for a full day.

arrival_window

Description: The time window during which the Service Provider can arrive at the Visit.

  1. start_at

Field Type: date (date & time in ISO8601)
Description: The start time of the arrival window.

  1. end_at

Field Type: date (date & time in ISO8601)
Description: The end time of the arrival window.

  1. duration

Field Type: integer
Description: The duration of the arrival window in minutes.

  1. centered_on_start_time

Field Type: boolean (true/false)
Description: Indicates whether the arrival window is centered on the start time.

assigned_users

Description: Users assigned to the scheduled Visit.

  1. name

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The name of the User.

  1. email

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The email of the User.

client

Description: The Client associated with the Visit.

  1. id

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The unique identifier from Jobber for the Client.

  1. name

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The primary name of the Client.

  1. first_name

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The first name of the Client.

  1. last_name

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The last name of the Client.

  1. emails

Description: The email addresses belonging to the Client.
  1. address
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The email address as stored in Jobber.
  1. primary
Field Type: boolean (true/false)
Description: Identifies whether the email address is marked as the primary email address.
  1. id
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The unique identifier from Jobber for the email address.

completed_at

Field Type: date (date & time in ISO8601)
Description: The date and time the Visit was completed.

created_at

Field Type: date (date & time in ISO8601)
Description: The date and time the Visit was created.

created_by

Description: The User that created the Visit.

  1. name

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The name of the User.

  1. email

Field Type: date 
string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The email of the User.

duration

Field Type: integer
Description: Duration of a Visit between the start and end time in minutes.

end_at

Field Type: date (date & time in ISO8601)
Description: The end date and time of the scheduled Visit. An unscheduled Visit is represented by both start_at and end_at being null.

id

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The unique identifier from Jobber for the Visit.

instructions

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The instructions for the Visit.

invoice

Description: The Invoice associated with the Visit.

  1. id

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The unique identifier from Jobber for the Invoice.

  1. number

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The Invoice number.

complete

Field Type: boolean (true/false)
Description: Indicates whether this Visit is complete.

default_title

Field Type: boolean (true/false)
Description: Indicates whether this Visit uses the default title.

last_scheduled_visit

Field Type: boolean (true/false)
Description: Indicates whether this Visit is the last scheduled Visit for the associated Job.

job

Description: The Job associated with the Visit.

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The unique identifier from Jobber for the Job.

  1. title

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The title associated with the Job.

line_items

Description: A list of all non-zero quantity line items for the Visit.

  1. created_at

Field Type: date (date & time in ISO8601)
Description: The date and time the line item was created.

  1. updated_at

Field Type: date (date & time in ISO8601)
Description: The date and time the line item was updated.

  1. id

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The unique identifier from Jobber for the line item.

  1. category

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The category of the line item.

  1. name

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The name of the line item.

  1. description

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The description of the line item.

  1. quantity

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The quantity of the line item.

  1. taxable

Field Type: boolean (true/false)
Description: Indicates whether this line item is taxable.

  1. unit_cost

Field Type: decimal
Description: The internal cost of the line item.

  1. unit_price

Field Type: decimal
Description: The unit price of the line item.

  1. total_cost

Field Type: decimal
Description: The total cost of the line item.

  1. total_price

Field Type: decimal
Description: The total price of the line item.

override_order

Field Type: integer
Description: An override for ordering anytime and unscheduled items.

property

Description: The Property for the Visit.

  1. id

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The unique identifier from Jobber for the Property.

  1. address

Description: The User's name.
  1. street
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The complete street component of the address.
  1. street_1
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The first line of the address.
  1. street_2
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The second line of the address.
  1. city
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The city of the address.
  1. province_state
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The province/state of the address.
  1. postal_code
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The postal code of the address.
  1. country
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The country of the address.

start_at

Field Type: date (date & time in ISO8601)
Description: The start date and time of the scheduled Visit. An unscheduled Visit is represented by both start_at and end_at being null.

timesheet_entries

Description: A list of all Time Sheet entries for this Visit.

  1. approved

Field Type: boolean (true/false)
Description: Indicates whether the Time Sheet entry is approved.

  1. approved_by

Description: The User that approved this Time Sheet.
  1. name
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The name of the User.
  1. email
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The email of the User.

  1. created_at

Field Type: date (date & time in ISO8601)
Description: The date and time the Time Sheet was created.

  1. end_at

Field Type: date (date & time in ISO8601)
Description: The date and time the Time Sheet entry was completed.

  1. final_duration

Field Type: integer
Description: The duration of a stopped Time Sheet entry in seconds.

  1. id

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The unique identifier from Jobber for the Time Sheet entry.

  1. label

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The label on the Time Sheet entry.

  1. labor_rate

Field Type: decimal
Description: The labor rate associated with this Time Sheet entry.

  1. note

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The note attached to this Time Sheet entry.

  1. start_at

Field Type: date (date & time in ISO8601)
Description: The date and time this Time Sheet entry was started.

  1. ticking

Field Type: boolean (true/false)
Description: Indicates whether the time is actively running or not. 

  1. updated_at

Field Type: date (date & time in ISO8601)
Description: The last date and time the Time Sheet was updated.

  1. user

Description: The User the Time Sheet belongs to.
  1. name
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The name of the User.
  1. email
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The email of the User.

  1. visit_duration_total

Field Type: integer
Description: The total duration in seconds the User worked on the Visit.

title

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The title of the Visit.

visit_status

Field Type: select (active, completed, late, today, unscheduled, upcoming)
Description: The status of the Visit.

event_type

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The Jobber event that happened (Visit Create/Visit Update/Visit Complete).
