Understanding Request Data

To help you understand the Request information available through Adhesion Connect for Jobber we've put together the following outline. Each data component includes the field type and a description below it to help you understand how to best use the information in your integrations and automations.

Request

A Request which a Client will create when they wish to enlist the help of a Service Provider for work.

Fields

assessment

Description: An assessment represents each time a Service Provider goes to a client property to assess and plan for future work.

  1. all_day

Field Type: boolean (true/false)
Description: Indicates whether the scheduled Assessment is for a full day

  1. assigned_users

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The Users assigned to the Assessment.

  1. created_by

Description: The User that created the Assessment.
  1. name
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The name of the User.
  1. email
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The email address of the User.

  1. duration

Field Type: integer
Description: The duration in minutes between the start and end time.

  1. end_at

Field Type: (date & time in ISO8601)
Description: The end date and time for the scheduled assessment. (If the assessment is unscheduled then the value is null)

  1. id

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The unique identifier from Jobber for the assessment.

  1. instructions

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The instructions for the assessment.

  1. complete

Field Type: boolean (true/false)
Description: Identifies whether the assessment has been completed.

  1. default_title

Field Type: boolean (true/false)
Description: Identifies whether the assessment uses the default title.

  1. override_order

Field Type: integer
Description: An override for ordering anytime and unscheduled items.

  1. start_at

Field Type: (date & time in ISO8601)
Description: The start date and time for the scheduled assessment. (If the assessment is unscheduled then the value is null)

  1. title

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The title of the assessment.

client

Description: The Client associated with the Request.

  1. id

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The unique identifier from Jobber for the Client.

  1. name

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The name of the Client.

  1. first_name

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The first name of the Client.

  1. last_name

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The last name of the Client.

  1. emails

Description: The list of email addresses of the Client.
  1. address
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The email address
  1. primary
Field Type: boolean (true/false)
Description: Identifies whether the email address is the primary email address.

  1. phones

Description: The list of phone numbers of the Client.
  1. number
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The phone number as it is stored in Jobber.
  1. id
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The unique identifier from Jobber for the number.

company_name

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The company name provided for the Request.

contact_name

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The contact name provided for the Request.

created_at

Field Type: (date & time in ISO8601)
Description: The date/time the Request was created.

email

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The contact email provided for the Request.

id

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The unique identifier from Jobber for the Request.

jobber_url

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The URL for the Request record in Jobber online.

phone

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The contact phone number provided for the Request.

property

Description: The Property associated with the Request.

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The unique identifier from Jobber for the Property.

  1. address

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The address for the Property.

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The complete street component of this address.
  1. street_1
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The first line of this address.
  1. street_2
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The second line of this address.
  1. city
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The city for this address.
  1. province_state
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The province/state for this address.
  1. postal_code
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The zip or postal code for this address.
  1. country
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The country for this address.
  1. street
Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The complete street component of this address.

referring_client

Description: The Client who referred the Client for this Request.

  1. id

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The unique identifier from Jobber for the Client.

  1. name

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The name of the Client.

status

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The status of the Request.

source

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The source of the Request.

title

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The title of the Request.

updated_at

Field Type: (date & time in ISO8601)
Description: The date/time the Request was last updated.

event_type

Field Type: string (text, numbers, and/or special characters stored as text)
Description: The Jobber event that happened (Request Create/Request Update).
